You've bought the cat bed. The cat chose the bag it came in. So we cut out the middle step: one big, sturdy paper bag, about 30 × 30 × 30 cm, roomy enough for a full-size cat to sit in, hide in, ambush from and refuse to leave.

Crew rule: cut the handles off before your cat moves in. Handles and cat heads don't mix.
