1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of purrflixx.com and any purchase you make from us. The store is operated by purrflixx ("we", "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy, which form part of these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Products and descriptions

We sell cat toys, beds and accessories that are supplied and shipped by partner suppliers. We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours, sizes and details may vary slightly from what you see on screen, and measurements are approximate. Product images may show items in use by other animals for illustration.

4. Pet safety

• Always supervise your pet when using toys and accessories.
• Inspect products regularly and remove any item that is damaged, torn or worn, or that has small parts that could be swallowed.
• Choose the right size and type of product for your pet.
• Our products are not medical or veterinary products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Consult a veterinarian about your pet's health.

5. Prices and payment

All prices are in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments, which accepts major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not store your card numbers. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

6. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, a pricing or description error has occurred, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you've paid, we will refund you in full. You may cancel your order free of charge before it ships, as described in our Refund Policy.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping times, rates and delivery are covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns, replacements, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Please tell us promptly about any unauthorised use.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including by attempting to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorised access, scrape content, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual property

The site's content, including text, graphics, logos, characters and designs, belongs to purrflixx or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission. Product photos supplied by our partners remain the property of their owners.

11. Third-party services

The site runs on Shopify and may link to third-party sites and services (such as YouTube or TikTok). We are not responsible for third-party content or practices, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

12. Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, except as expressly stated in our policies or required by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, purrflixx and its owners, staff and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless purrflixx and its owners, staff and partners from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or products.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on the site at the time of your order applies to that order.

17. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
