Free shipping on $50+ 🐾
Orders of $50 (USD) or more ship free with standard shipping to the US. Orders under $50 ship for $4.99, shown at checkout before you pay. No surprise fees.
How long does it take?
- Processing: 1–3 business days. That's the time it takes to confirm and pack your order.
- Delivery: usually 7–14 business days after it ships (US addresses).
- Total: most orders arrive in about 2–3 weeks.
These are general estimates. Holidays, sales and carrier delays can add a few days.
Why does it take a bit?
Many of our products, including the weird Japanese-style stuff, ship directly from our fulfillment partners' warehouses, some of which are overseas. That's how we keep prices low enough for you to buy your cat three things instead of one.
Tracking
When tracking is available, we'll email it to you. Tracking can take 2–5 days to start updating, so don't panic if it says nothing at first. Miso doesn't panic. Well, Miso panics about the vacuum, but not about tracking.
Multiple items?
If you order several things, they may arrive in separate packages on different days. Totally normal.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
Lost or late package?
If tracking shows no movement for 30 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, contact us (or email hello@purrflixx.com) with your order number and we'll reship or refund it.
